Founder and Principal
Eric has over 15 years of leadership experience in product management and operations at Google, Amazon and multiple series A and seed venture-backed startups. He is focused on helping companies find product/market fit, create and achieve their product vision and bring successful products to market through scalable operations.
Darien Laird
Founder and Principal
Darien is a communications and media strategist, with more than 12 years of experience in the world of television news, start-ups and not-for-profits. Her experience extends from offices as large as CNN, Fox Entertainment and National Geographic, to supporting organically grown global advocacy organizations making a lasting impact around the world. She is a former and forever, reporter and storyteller, supporting organizations that reach their audiences by building a clear and powerful brand strategy and vision that resonates with both customers and collaborators. Darien’s work in the NGO and advocacy space includes work with Digital Child Exploitation, Immigrant Rights, Media Literacy, Equitable Healthcare, Female Entrepreneurship, bringing a wealth of additional experience and passion.
